I am 18 years of age or older . I know that athletic training and racing are potentially hazardous activities that can cause serious injury or death if proper training and caution are not followed. Some activities presented herein are inherently dangerous. The information presented in this site It is not intended as a substitute for formal instruction by certified physicians in the respective activity, nor is it intended for medical, nutritional or certification claims. Not all activities or exercise programs are suitable for everyone . I should not pursue any physical fitness program unless I am medically able. Accordingly, Please consult your doctor before participating in these or any other sports activities, and discontinue any activity that causes discomfort,

I understand that ENDURATE has encouraged me to seek the advice of a medical doctor before beginning any program described here. I assume all risks associated using the program prescribed on this web site by ENDURATE including, but not limited to: personal injury, illness, or death. I shall not hold ENDURATE it’s employees, owners, representatives , volunteers, supervisors, affiliates, presenters, producers and participants liable for any loss or risk, personal or otherwise, which I incur, directly or indirectly, in connection with the use of this web site, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of ENDURATE. This release from liability includes, but is not limited to, the training methods , Training plans, group or personal training sessions, evaluations , assessments and nutritional guidance and information provided by ENDURATE it’s employees, owners, representatives, volunteers, supervisors , affiliates, presenters, producers and participants and to the general guidance of a third party whose link or services are provided by this site.

I understand that there is a “No Refunds” policy once I have completed the process of requesting and pay for a training program or any other service offered in this site. I understand that once the training program is requested and paid it can not be returned and it is not refundable.

I understand that access to my training plans, email phone or text coaching, or guidance and other member services are only available for the duration of the paid plan.

I understand that to receive or to have access to any personalized training plan all weeks prior to it need to be paid for as well.
